Server ECC LRDIMM kit

This 256GB kit contains four 64GB DDR4 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs rated at 2933MHz CL21. The modules run at 1.2V and use a 288-pin form factor designed for server and workstation platforms. They are built to JEDEC specifications and carry ROHS compliance.

Verify platform support

Your motherboard must accept DDR4 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs in a 288-pin slot and support 4Rx4 module organisation. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory and it cannot be mixed with unbuffered DIMMs. Confirm the system also accepts the 2933MHz speed or one of the listed backward-compatible speeds.

Build integration

Each module operates without a heat spreader, so airflow across the DIMM area is required. The kit populates four slots in a dual-channel configuration, freeing remaining slots for further expansion if the platform allows. Installation follows standard server DIMM procedures.
