Server memory kit

This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB DDR3L registered DIMMs rated at 1600 MHz with CL11 latency. It is built for Dell PowerEdge R815, R820, T320, T420 and T620 systems that require ECC registered memory. Standard desktop boards cannot use these modules.

Low-voltage operation

Each module runs at 1.35 V, reducing power draw and heat output compared with standard DDR3.
