Server memory kit

This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB DDR3L registered DIMMs rated at 1600 MHz with CL11 latency. It is built for Dell PowerEdge R815, R820, T320, T420 and T620 systems that require ECC registered memory. Standard desktop boards cannot use these modules.

Low-voltage operation

Each module runs at 1.35 V, reducing power draw and heat output compared with standard DDR3. The registered buffer lightens the electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability in multi-DIMM configurations. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the sticks is the only cooling required.

240-pin RDIMM form factor

The 2Rx4 organisation and 240-pin layout match the factory Dell part numbers A6761613, A6994465, A7515505, A8255125 and SNP20D6FC/16G. Mixing with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported. Buyers needing consumer DDR3 or higher-capacity registered kits must look elsewhere.
