240-pin registered design

Each module uses the 240-pin DDR3L form factor and operates at 1.35V with CL11 latency at 1600MHz. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, a requirement for the listed PowerEdge platforms, and the modules cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.

Verify registered ECC requirement
