32 GB DDR3-1866 ECC Registered Kit

This OWC kit supplies 32 GB of DDR3 1866 registered ECC memory across four 8 GB modules. It uses 240-pin RDIMMs rated at PC3-14900 with CL13 latency and 1.5 V operation. The modules are unbuffered-rank 1Rx4 and carry no heat spreader. They are built for workstations, servers, NAS systems and routers that require registered ECC DDR3.

Buyers maintaining or expanding servers, workstations or NAS units that accept 240-pin registered ECC DDR3 will find a direct JEDEC-compliant upgrade here. Systems that need unbuffered non-ECC memory, a different DDR generation, SODIMM form factor or higher speeds cannot use this kit. Mixing these registered modules with unbuffered DIMMS is also unsupported.
