System-specific server memory kit

This kit provides 512 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory across eight 64 GB modules. It is built for the HP SimpliVity 325 Gen10 platform and will not work in standard desktop computers. The modules are 288-pin RDIMMs operating at 1.2 V. They cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory types.

Registered ECC with 2Rx4 organisation

The defining specification is the registered ECC design combined with a dual-rank 2Rx4 layout. This organisation is required by the target server's memory controller for error correction and signal integrity. Using unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs instead will prevent the system from booting or cause data errors. The CL21 latency and PC4-23400 rating are fixed for this module.

Eight-module capacity for dense workloads

The 512 GB total fills eight slots with 64 GB each, giving ample headroom for virtualisation, large databases and in-memory analytics. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400 and 2666 MHz buses allows the kit to run in older slots, though at reduced bandwidth. Buyers who need more than eight modules or higher per-module density must choose a different platform.
