64 GB DDR3L ECC Registered Kit

This OWC upgrade kit supplies 64 GB of DDR3L memory in a matched pair of 32 GB modules. Each stick is a 240-pin registered DIMM with ECC, running at 1866 MT/s (PC3L-14900) and CL13 latency. The modules operate at 1.35 V and use a 4Rx4 organisation for server and workstation platforms.

Suited for registered-ECC systems only

The kit is designed for workstations, servers, NAS appliances and routers that require registered ECC DDR3L DIMMs. It will not function in standard desktop computers that use unbuffered non-ECC memory, nor can it be mixed with unbuffered modules in the same platform.

4Rx4 registered organisation

The 4Rx4 rank structure is the critical specification that determines compatibility with the memory controller. Systems expecting a different rank configuration or unbuffered DIMMs will not recognise these modules, so verify the platform requirements before purchasing.
