This 64GB DDR4 module runs at 2933MHz with CL21 latency and 1.2V operation. It uses a 288-pin registered DIMM form factor with ECC for data integrity. The dual-rank 2Rx4 design targets Lenovo ThinkAgile servers built on Xeon SP Gen 2 platforms.

Registered ECC requires compatible server platform

Registered ECC memory only works in server and workstation chipsets that support buffered signalling and error correction. It will not function in standard desktop motherboards and cannot be mixed with unbuffered DIMMs. The module also steps down to 2133MHz, 2400MHz or 2666MHz when the system bus requires lower speeds.
