Centralised Thermal Efficiency Layout

The Thermaltake CTE E600 MX is an E-ATX mid-tower chassis built around a Centralised Thermal Efficiency design. It accepts Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX motherboards up to 12 by 10.5 inches. The package includes a three-way floating GPU mounting bracket and a 400mm PCIe 4.0 riser cable for vertical or horizontal graphics card installation.

Thermals Noise And Power Headroom

No fans are pre-installed, so acoustic and thermal performance depends entirely on the builder's choices. The case supports front radiators up to 420mm, top radiators up to 240mm and right-side radiators up to 420mm. Fan mounts accommodate 120mm or 140mm units at front, top, rear, right side and bottom locations. Maximum CPU cooler height is 166mm.

Build Quality And Daily Connectivity

The chassis uses SPCC steel with two 4mm tempered glass panels on the left and right sides and an interchangeable mesh or tempered glass front panel. Front I/O provides two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port and an HD audio jack. Storage capacity includes two internal 3.5-inch bays and two 2.5-inch bays. Seven expansion slots are available, and the bottom-mounted power supply area accepts units up to 220mm long. GPU clearance reaches 443.8mm without a right-side radiator or 415mm with one fitted.
