The Deco BE85 is a single-unit tri-band Wi-Fi 7 mesh system delivering up to 22 Gbps combined wireless throughput across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. It targets households that want high-capacity wireless coverage for over 200 connected devices without running multiple cables through the home.

Ports and backhaul flexibility

Each unit provides two 10 Gbps ports — one RJ45 and one SFP+/RJ45 combo — plus two 2.5 Gbps ports and a USB 3.0 port, all supporting WAN/LAN auto-sensing. The system can use simultaneous wireless and wired backhaul, so you can link units with Ethernet where convenient and rely on wireless mesh links elsewhere.

Internal antennas and thermal design

Eight high-gain internal antennas handle the tri-band radios while keeping the enclosure compact at 5.04 by 5.04 by 9.29 inches. The design dissipates heat passively during normal operation, avoiding fan noise while sustaining multi-gigabit throughput for streaming, gaming and smart-home traffic.
