This 4GB DDR3L ECC UDIMM module is built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting unbuffered memory. It operates at 1333 MHz with a CAS latency of CL9 and runs at 1.35V low voltage. The dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation uses major-brand chips on a 240-pin DIMM form factor.

Replaces non-ECC or slower DDR3

The module upgrades systems currently running non-ECC memory or lower-speed DDR3 by adding error correction and 1333 MHz bandwidth.
