Hot-swap 750 W platinum power supplies keep the system running during a module failure. Eight 2.5-inch drive bays hold the two installed 800 GB SATA SSDs on a PERC H730P controller with 2 GB cache and battery-backed RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60.

DDR4 Memory Ceiling and Network Limits

Twenty-four DIMM slots support up to 3 TB of DDR4 registered ECC memory, while the current 768 GB fills every slot with 32 GB modules. The X520/I350 daughter card provides two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ ports, so 10 Gb fibre is the maximum onboard network speed.
