The KHACHIMO T420 R520 delivers 550W of continuous power through an ATX form factor. Sustained Load Behaviour with Zero RPM Mode

Under sustained load the resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion provides clean, consistent power while reducing coil whine for quieter operation. At low and medium loads the Zero RPM fan mode switches the cooling fan off entirely for near-silent operation. This topology also enables the use of more energy efficient sleep states during periods of reduced demand.

ATX Interface and Efficiency Limits
