This 384GB kit contains twelve 32GB DDR5 6400 RDIMMs built to the exact rank, voltage, and timing the Supermicro H14DSG-O-CPU memory controller expects. Registered ECC architecture and 1.1V operation let every slot run fully populated at rated speed. It is designed for servers that require registered memory and will not work in systems that only accept unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMMs.

Sustained-load stability with registered ECC

Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all twelve modules operate at DDR5 6400 continuously without signal degradation. ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption during long compute runs.
