The module runs at 5600 MT/s with a CAS latency of 46 and operates at 1.1V. One stick delivers 128GB of registered ECC capacity, suited to virtualization hosts and memory-bound databases. Workloads that exceed this density will require additional DIMM slots or higher-capacity parts not covered here.

JEDEC-compliant registered build

The 4Rx4 organization and registered buffer reduce electrical load on the memory controller. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the chassis must handle thermal management. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported, so deployment plans must keep the memory population uniform.
