Server-grade DDR4 ECC kit

This 256GB kit contains four 64GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered DIMMs built for the Supermicro H12SST-PS motherboard. It targets administrators who need maximum registered capacity in a supported four-module configuration. The modules operate at 1.2V with CL21 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. They are not compatible with standard desktop platforms or unbuffered memory.

288-pin registered form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin RDIMM layout required by server chipsets and includes on-board register circuitry for signal integrity at high density. The absence of a heat spreader keeps the profile low for dense chassis layouts. Registered buffering means these DIMMs cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory in the same system. Installation follows standard server DIMM seating procedures.

DDR4 2933 with backward steps

The kit runs natively at 2933 MT/s (PC4-23400) and will down-clock to 2666, 2400 or 2133 MT/s when the platform demands it. Total capacity is fixed at 256GB across the four slots populated by this kit. Builders needing more memory must use a motherboard with additional DIMM slots or higher-density modules not included here.
