This OWC kit provides 256GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory across four 64GB modules. It is designed for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered DIMMs. Standard desktop platforms cannot use this memory and it must not be mixed with unbuffered modules.

256GB Capacity with 2933MHz Speed

The four-module kit delivers 256GB total capacity using 2Rx4 organisation at DDR4 2933MHz CL21. Backward compatibility allows operation at 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz when the platform requires lower speeds. Memory headroom is limited to the JEDEC-standard speeds listed.

Low-Voltage Operation Without Heat Spreaders

Modules run at 1.2V and have no integrated heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling.
