288-pin RDIMM form factor for registered platforms

Each module uses the standard 288-pin RDIMM layout and must be installed in systems that support registered ECC memory. The kit cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs, so the platform must accept registered modules exclusively.
