The modules operate at 1.2V and use the 288-pin form factor. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory.

DDR4 2666MHz Registered Limits

The registered design adds a clock cycle to address signals, which stabilises heavy loads but prevents use in consumer platforms that expect unbuffered modules. Speed falls back to 2133MHz or 2400MHz when the system bus requires it. Mixing these modules with unbuffered memory is not supported and will cause boot failure.

64GB Capacity and Headroom

Eight ranks of 1Rx4 DRAM deliver 64GB total, suited for virtualisation hosts, database caches and multi-user workloads. The CL19 latency and 2666MHz throughput handle typical server tasks, but memory-bound compute clusters may saturate bandwidth before capacity is exhausted. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow must be managed by the chassis.
