This 64GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered RDIMM is built for Gigabyte H262 and R292 server platforms. It targets administrators who need error-correcting, registered memory to maintain data integrity in multi-socket workloads. The single-module design lets you populate one slot at a time. Buyers using standard desktop boards or unbuffered memory cannot use this module.

Build integration

The 288-pin DIMM installs directly into the registered DIMM slots of the listed Gigabyte systems without adapters. JEDEC-standard 1.2V operation keeps the module within the platform power envelope. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz buses allows mixed-speed populations if the firmware permits. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.

Thermals and power

Operating at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage, the module draws minimal power per slot. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the PCB relies on the server chassis fans. Registered buffering adds slight latency at CL22 but reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Acoustic output is governed entirely by the system cooling solution.
