This 64GB DDR4 3200 module is built for workstations and servers that require registered ECC memory. It fits Fujitsu PRIMERGY models including the GX2460 M1, TX2550 M5, CX2570 M4, RX2530 M4 and RX2540 M4. The module will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.

Single-module capacity and registered buffering

The 64GB stick runs at PC4-25600 with CL22 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle but allows larger memory arrays than unbuffered alternatives. Systems needing more than one module must populate identical DIMMs for stability. Buyers who need smaller increments or consumer speeds should look elsewhere.

Low-voltage operation without a heat spreader

At 1.2V the module draws minimal power and runs cool in typical server airflow. No heat spreader is fitted, so chassis ventilation must move air across the PCB. The JEDEC-standard design is RoHS compliant and validated for continuous operation. Builds that rely on passive cooling or restricted airflow may need additional planning.
