The Partaker A3 is a 13.3 inch all-in-one computer built around a fourth-generation Intel Core i3 processor with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB SSD. Its IP65-rated front panel and fanless aluminium chassis are designed for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments. The five-wire resistive touchscreen works reliably with gloves or stylus input.

Resistive touch limits precision and viewing angles

The 1280 by 800 TFT LED panel reaches 300 cd per square metre brightness with an 800 to 1 contrast ratio and 80 percent transmittance. Horizontal viewing angles reach 70 degrees left and right while vertical angles are limited to 55 degrees up and down. The resistive technology requires deliberate pressure and does not support multi-touch gestures common on capacitive screens.

Replaces legacy panel PCs

This unit supersedes older embedded computers that rely on COM ports for PLCs, barcode scanners or legacy sensors.
