1.9 kW Switched PDU

The PDUMV20NETLX is a 1.9 kW single-phase switched power distribution unit built for 120 V environments. It delivers 24 individually controllable NEMA 5-15/20R outlets in a vertical 0U form factor. Network administrators gain remote on, off, reboot and lockout control over every outlet through the integrated LX Platform interface. The unit includes a 10-foot cord with NEMA L5-20P plug and a 5-20P adapter for flexible source connection.

Upgrade from basic power strips

This PDU replaces unmanaged power strips that offer no outlet-level control or remote visibility. The jump is worth it when technicians need to power-cycle locked-up servers without a site visit or when capacity planning requires real-time load data. A built-in digital ammeter shows total current draw instantly, while the LX Platform enables secure browser, SNMP, SSH and telnet access for 24/7 monitoring and email alerts. Environmental sensors can be added later via optional EnviroSense2 modules.

24 outlets at 20 A total capacity

The 24 NEMA 5-15/20R outlets share a 20 A branch circuit protected by a 20 A / 120 V breaker, giving 1.9 kW of usable headroom at 120 V. Cord retention brackets ship with the unit to prevent accidental disconnects under load. The PDU operates from 100 V to 127 V input and tolerates 5 % to 95 % relative humidity. It runs out of capacity when the aggregate draw approaches the 20 A limit, at which point the breaker protects downstream equipment.
