This 0.8 mm composite film is sized for 200×300 mm heated beds and rated to 80 °C. It targets hobbyists and small-shop operators who want a single-sheet surface that adheres directly to the aluminium plate without magnetic sheets or textured overlays.
Single-sheet adhesive mount replaces clips
The B-side uses a 300LSE pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds to a clean metal bed, removing the need for binder clips, magnetic bases or separate build plates. The A-side provides a flexible high-temperature printing face that releases PLA, ABS, HIPS, PETG, TPE, nylon, PC and RETT parts once the bed cools.
Thin film adds negligible thermal mass
At 0.8 mm the layer adds almost no thermal inertia, so the bed reaches target temperature at the same rate as bare aluminium. With no fans, pumps or textured coatings to wear, acoustic signature is unchanged and power draw remains that of the underlying heater alone.
