Three 6 mm copper heat-pipes make direct contact with the CPU lid, moving heat into a dense aluminium fin stack. A 60 mm dual ball-bearing PWM fan spins between 1200 and 5000 RPM to match thermal load.

Vertical 60 mm Fan Layout

The fan mounts vertically above the heatsink, drawing air down through the fins and exhausting it toward the motherboard. This orientation keeps the overall height at 66 mm, leaving clearance for slim cases or tight component spacing. Spring-screw brackets with a backplate secure the unit without needing access to the rear of the board.

Spring-Screw Mounting Kit
