The Tycon Systems TP-VRHP-2456 converts an 18 to 36VDC input into a regulated 56VDC output at 1.25A, delivering up to 70W in a compact metal enclosure. It is built for industrial environments that require isolated power conversion with DIN rail mounting flexibility.

Replaces Lower Voltage or Unisolated Supplies

This unit upgrades installations where a 56V load must be driven from a 24V nominal source without sharing a common ground. The jump is worth it when short circuit, overvoltage and overload protection are required alongside 1500VDC isolation and greater than 85% efficiency.

Handles 70W Continuous Loads in Harsh Conditions

It comfortably powers 56V equipment such as PoE injectors or radio gear across a 22°F to 149°F operating range and 0 to 90% humidity. Headroom runs out above 70W or outside the 18 to 36V input window, and the 12AWG terminal limit caps conductor size.
