This 600W step-up module accepts a wide 12V to 60V input range and delivers a continuously adjustable 12V to 80V output. It is built for engineers and system integrators who need to raise DC voltage levels in custom power architectures, industrial equipment or test rigs. The unit supports a maximum output current of 10A and includes an onboard fuse for short-circuit protection.
Conversion efficiency reaches up to 95 percent, varying with the actual input voltage and current levels. Maximum output power scales linearly with the input voltage: 120W at 12V in, 240W at 24V in and the full 600W at 60V in, all limited by the 10A output ceiling. The compact 73 by 51mm footprint allows integration into tight enclosures where airflow may be limited.
This module replaces lower-wattage boost converters that cannot sustain 10A across a broad voltage span. The jump is worthwhile when a project demands adjustable high-voltage output up to 80V from a variable low-voltage source. It is not suited for applications requiring isolated outputs, fixed regulated rails without adjustment, or input voltages below 12V.

Secure the board using its 73 by 51 mm mounting holes, connect a 12 to 60 V source that can supply up to 15 A, then adjust the output voltage potentiometer before applying a load; the onboard fuse protects against short circuits.
The input fuse is the primary sacrificial part; sustained 10 A operation at low input voltage pushes the 15 A input limit and can blow the fuse, so keep a spare fuse of the same rating.
Full 600 W output requires a 60 V input delivering 10 A; at 24 V input the maximum is 240 W, and at 12 V input it drops to 120 W because the 10 A output current limit remains constant.
