This enterprise solid-state drive delivers 1.92TB of capacity over a 12Gbps SAS interface in a 2.5in form factor. It uses MLC flash tuned for read-intensive duty cycles and includes a Smart Carrier for hot-swap installation in HPE ProLiant Gen8 servers. The drive is supplied new with a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Database caches, web-content repositories and virtual-desktop images benefit from the read-optimised endurance profile.
