The MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 is an ATX motherboard built on the Intel B760 chipset for LGA 1700 processors. It supports 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron CPUs. Four DDR4 slots accept up to 128 GB of memory with Intel XMP 2.0 profiles. The board targets business and productivity systems that need wired and wireless connectivity.

Build Integration

Two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots and three PCIe 3.0 x1 slots provide expansion for graphics and add-in cards. Four SATA 6Gb/s ports and two M.2 sockets handle storage; the CPU-linked M.2_1 supports PCIe 4.0 x4 and 22110 lengths while the chipset-linked M.2_2 supports PCIe 4.0 x4 or SATA mode. Rear I/O includes 2.5 Gbps LAN, Intel Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, four USB 2.0, PS/2, optical S/PDIF and 7.1 audio jacks.

Sustained Operation

A 12+1+1 Duet Rail power design with 8-pin plus 4-pin CPU connectors feeds the VRM under continuous load. Extended heatsinks, 7W/mK MOSFET pads and choke pads dissipate heat from the power phases. The 6-layer PCB with 2 oz copper improves thermal conductivity. M.2 Shield Frozr covers both M.2 slots to limit SSD throttling. Frozr AI Cooling monitors CPU and GPU temperatures to adjust system fan curves automatically.
