36-Channel PoE NVR for Reolink cameras

The Reolink RLN36 is a 36-channel network video recorder built exclusively for Reolink PoE IP cameras up to 12MP resolution. It accepts 36 simultaneous camera streams and compresses them using H.265 or H.264. The unit ships without any hard drives installed and operates on a supplied DC 12V 5.4A power adapter.

Three internal SATA bays and four PoE switch uplinks

Three SATA ports each accept a single drive up to 16TB, giving a total raw capacity of 48TB. No external drive bays are present. For larger deployments the NVR can aggregate up to four PoE switches through its LAN ports, allowing 36 cameras to be distributed across switches while remaining centrally managed. HDMI and VGA outputs provide local monitoring at resolutions up to 3840x2160 and 1920x1080 respectively.

Continuous 24/7 recording at 6 Mbps per channel

With every channel recording constantly at 6 Mbps the three installed drives can retain roughly 20 days of footage before overwriting. The chassis is rated for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +45°C and humidity between 10% and 90%. Power draw stays below 10W when no drives or PoE devices are attached. Synchronous playback is limited to four channels at once.
