Buyers who need a weather-proof exterior dome, a PTZ mechanism or a standard flat-surface bracket should look elsewhere. The fixed 2.8mm lens cannot be zoomed or changed, so the field of view is not adjustable after installation.

PoE versus 12VDC

The camera accepts both PoE and a separate 12V DC 350mA supply, but no power adapter is included in the box. If the installation site has no PoE switch or injector, a compatible 12V power source must be sourced separately before the camera can operate.
