The unit handles 8/10/12 bit deep colour and passes audio formats including DTS-HD and Dolby-trueHD.

Powered unit with cable distance limits

A 5V DC power adapter is included and required for operation. The splitter works with standard AWG26 HDMI cables up to 15 metres for both input and output at lower resolutions. At 4K resolution the supported cable length drops to 8 metres for input and output. It does not extend desktop space; every connected screen shows the same image.
