32 GB ECC RDIMM for Thinkmate Workstations

This 32 GB DDR4 3200 module delivers registered ECC memory to Thinkmate VSX-R5-760S1 and VSX-R5-540RTP systems. The 2Rx8 organisation and CL22 latency provide error-corrected capacity for server and workstation workloads. It installs in a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slot at 1.2 V.

Sustained load stability with registered ECC
