PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 Adapter for Multiple Lengths

This adapter converts an M-key M.2 PCIe SSD into a standard PCIe x4 add-in card. It accepts 22110, 2280, 2260 and 2242 form factors using movable standoffs. Both full-height and low-profile brackets are included for small-form-factor builds. It is not for B-key SATA or B-key PCIe x2 drives.

M-Key PCIe Interface Requirement

The card only works with M-key NVMe SSDs such as the Samsung XP941. A B-key SATA drive or a B-key PCIe x2 drive will not function in this adapter. Native operating-system drivers handle PCIe-NVMe and PCIe-AHCI protocols without extra software. Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 cannot boot from NVMe on this hardware.

Industrial Temperature Range and Passive Cooling

The adapter is rated for continuous operation from -40 °C to 85 °C with no active cooling. Power and access LEDs give visual status feedback. The PCB draws negligible power from the slot, adding no measurable thermal load to the system.
