It targets virtualization hosts, private-cloud nodes and high-performance computing jobs that need many threads in a small chassis slot.

32 GB DDR4 with 2 TB headroom

Four 8 GB DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC modules occupy four of sixteen slots, leaving room to grow to the platform maximum of 2 TB.
