Suited for servers needing high read throughput

Workloads that demand higher sustained write bandwidth or greater write endurance than 3.5 PBW should evaluate alternative drives. Systems limited to PCIe 3.0 slots will not realise the full 5300 MBps read capability. Buyers requiring a 2.5mm or 7mm height drive cannot use this 15mm module.

PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with 144L TLC 3D NAND

The drive connects via a U.2 connector using four lanes of PCIe 4.0, enabling the stated 5300 MBps read and 1900 MBps write peaks. Active power draw reaches 13W while idle consumption is 5W.
