This HAT module adds LTE CAT4 cellular connectivity and multi-constellation GNSS positioning to Raspberry Pi Zero, Zero W, Zero WH, 2B, 3B, 3B+, 4B and Jetson Nano boards. It uses the SIM7600A-H modem to provide data speeds up to 150 Mbps downstream. The design targets makers and developers who need mobile broadband and satellite location in a single add-on board.
The module sits directly on the GPIO header of supported Raspberry Pi models or Jetson Nano. An onboard CP2102 USB-to-UART converter handles serial debugging and AT-command access over USB. A voltage-translation jumper selects 3.3 V or 5 V logic to match the host. The SIM slot accepts 1.8 V and 3 V cards. Common issues include forgetting to set the voltage jumper, inserting the SIM upside-down, or neglecting to enable the serial console in the OS before testing AT commands.
This board fits developers building connected sensors, trackers or remote monitors in the US, Canada and Mexico where the SIM7600A-H bands are certified. It also serves hobbyists learning AT-command control over USB. Buyers who need operation outside North America, support for 5G NR bands, or a standalone modem without a Raspberry Pi or Jetson host should look at other modules.

The HAT board with CP2102 converter, audio jack, SIM slot and voltage jumper is included; you must supply a 1.8 V or 3 V SIM card, a compatible Raspberry Pi or Jetson Nano, and an antenna for LTE and GNSS.
Set the onboard jumper to 3.3 V to match the Pi 4B GPIO logic level; the 5 V position is available for 5 V-tolerant host boards.
