This EN-Labs PCIe expansion kit adds four USB 3.0 ports to a desktop PC using a single PCI Express slot. Two Type-A ports sit on the card bracket while two more reach a 3.5-inch front-panel module via a 20-pin internal header. The NEC UPD720201 controller delivers up to 5.0 Gbps transfer rates and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices.

Verify that your motherboard has a free PCIe x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot and a spare USB 3.0 20-pin internal header for the front-panel cable.
