The Inctel Partaker I17 is a compact desktop computer built without moving parts, using an all-aluminium chassis to dissipate heat silently. It targets automation, medical, transportation and warehouse deployments where dust, vibration or noise rules out conventional fan-cooled boxes. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and also supports Linux distributions.

Sustained operation from -10 to 60 °C

Because the chassis itself acts as the heatsink, the i5-4210U processor maintains its 1.70 GHz base clock and 2.70 GHz turbo under continuous load without throttling from a fan curve. The 8 GB DDR3L memory runs at 1333 or 1600 MHz and the 1 TB hard drive operates within the same temperature envelope, so throughput stays predictable during long shifts in non-climate-controlled cabinets.

Six serial ports with RS232/422/485 on COM3

The defining I/O feature is the bank of six COM ports, where the third port can be configured for RS232, RS422 or RS485 to match legacy PLCs, barcode scanners or modbus networks. Two Intel I211-AT Gigabit LAN ports, four USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, VGA and HDMI complete the interface set, but the serial density is what determines fit for purpose.
