The KINGSMAN KM600 ULTRA is a 512GB internal solid-state drive built for consumer desktops and notebooks. It uses an M.2 2280 form factor with a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 interface and NVMe protocol. 3D NAND flash memory provides the storage foundation.

Integrated heatsink and SLC caching

An integrated heatsink comes attached to the drive to help manage operating temperatures. SLC caching technology is supported to accelerate burst write performance. The drive follows the NVMe 1.3 protocol specification.
