The LUOM YC-320 combines USB 2.0 Type-A, Micro-USB and USB-C plugs in a single black adapter. It reads SD, Micro SD, MMC, RS-MMC, Compact Flash, Memory Stick, SmartMedia and xD cards, including UHS-I variants. The device targets photographers and mobile users who move files between cameras, Android phones, tablets and laptops without installing drivers.

USB 2.0 transfer ceiling

All three connectors share the USB 2.0 interface, so sustained read and write speeds top out at the bus limit rather than the card rating. Large video offloads will take longer than on a USB 3.0 or internal reader, but the adapter draws power directly from the host port and needs no external supply.

OTG and port check required

Verify that your Android device supports USB On-The-Go before ordering; iPhone and iPad are not supported.
