128GB ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate servers

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate GPX-QN6-42E2-8NVLINK GPU-optimised servers. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and 2Rx8 organisation. The ECC registered design targets administrators who need error correction and signal integrity in multi-socket workloads.

Sustained-load behaviour with registered ECC

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability when all twelve slots are populated across both CPUs. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors during long compute runs, preventing silent data corruption in GPU-accelerated tasks. The 1.2V operation keeps thermal output predictable inside dense 4U chassis under continuous utilisation.

Verify slot count and population rules before

Confirm the server has at least four free DDR4 RDIMM slots and check the Thinkmate population guide for optimal channel distribution across both processors. Mixing ranks or speeds can disable ECC or downclock the kit, so remove unmatched modules. The 288-pin form factor fits only DDR4 RDIMM sockets — not UDIMM, LRDIMM or DDR5 slots.
