The memory runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and uses major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. It is configured for Thinkmate STX-WS-QS12-12E2 and STX-WS-QE36-14E2 server and workstation platforms.

Verify registered DIMM support and slot count

Before ordering, confirm that the target system accepts DDR4 registered ECC RDIMMs and provides sixteen available 288-pin slots. The modules operate at 1.2V and carry a CL22 timing profile; the motherboard must be able to train at that voltage and latency. Because the kit is sold as a matched sixteen-piece set, partial population may not deliver the intended capacity or interleaving behaviour.

Sustained load stability with ECC correction

Under continuous workloads the registered buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory controller, helping maintain signal integrity across all sixteen modules.
