DDR4 3200 registered interface

The PC4-25600 standard caps transfer rate at 3200 MT/s and requires a registered buffer on each module. CL22 timing sets the minimum access delay at this speed. ECC adds single-bit correction and multi-bit detection but consumes one extra bit per byte. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor only fits DDR4 RDIMM slots; it will not work in UDIMM or LRDIMM sockets.
