DDR5-5600 registered ECC specification

Each module runs at 5600 MT/s (PC5-44800) with CL46 latency at 1.1 V in a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered architecture buffers address and command signals so the memory controller remains stable when all four slots are populated. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to prevent silent data corruption in production workloads.
