The dock connects to PCs, laptops, smart TVs, routers, PS5 consoles, Raspberry Pi units and iPad OS devices via Thunderbolt.

USB 3.0 caps throughput at 5 Gbps with UASP support

The external interface is USB 3.0, so the practical transfer ceiling is 5 Gbps when the host and drive both support UASP and Trim. Drives larger than 22 TB are not recognised, and the single bay means only one drive can be active at a time. Hot-swap operation is supported, but the dock has no hardware RAID or encryption features.
