Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 1 TB of DDR5 registered ECC memory as eight 128 GB modules. It is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 V3, SR850 V3, SR860 V3 and ST650 V3 servers that require registered DIMMs.

Registered ECC requirement

The modules are 4Rx4 registered ECC RDIMMs running at DDR5 4800 CL40 and 1.1 V. They will not work in systems that accept only unbuffered or load-reduced memory, so the platform must support registered ECC.
