The Partaker A25 is a 10.1-inch fanless panel computer built around an Intel Core i3-3217U processor, 8GB of DDR3 memory and a 512GB mSATA drive. Its IP65-rated front panel and aluminium alloy chassis are designed for continuous operation in dusty, wet or vibration-prone industrial environments. The projected-capacitive multi-touch screen removes the need for external input devices.

Build Integration Needs

The unit runs on 12V DC with an optional 9-36V wide-range input, so a compatible power supply must be sourced separately. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports and two RS232/485 COM ports provide direct links to PLCs, sensors and shop-floor networks without extra adapters. HDMI output allows a second display to be driven in synchronous or asynchronous mode. Embedded and VESA mounting options let the panel sit flush in control cabinets or on machine arms, freeing bench space.

Upgrade Context

The system replaces older fixed-function HMIs or bulky fan-cooled industrial PCs that lack IP65 sealing and solid-state storage.
