128GB SATA Internal SSD
This 2.5 inch internal solid state drive offers 128GB of storage and connects through the international standard SATA 3.0 interface. It is backward compatible with SATA 2.0 and suits desktops, laptops, mini PCs and all-in-one PCs. The drive must be initialised before first use.
Upgrade for SATA systems only
It fits any device that accepts a 2.5 inch SATA drive, making it a direct replacement for older mechanical disks in compatible machines. Systems that require a different physical connector or a different interface protocol will not be able to use this unit.
SATA 3.0 interface decides fit
The single specification that determines compatibility is the SATA 3.0 interface with backward compatibility to SATA 2.0. Maximum sequential speeds are 600MB/s on SATA 3.0, 300MB/s on SATA 2.0 and 150MB/s on SATA 1.5Gb/s. Usable capacity is approximately the stated capacity multiplied by .93.
