Dual-core microcontroller for embedded projects
The Raspberry Pi Pico 22AJ1097 uses the RP2040 chip with two ARM Cortex M0+ cores running up to 133 MHz. Each board provides 264kB of SRAM and 2MB of on-board Flash memory. This pack of two suits hobbyists, students and engineers building custom IoT edge devices or learning microcontroller programming in C or MicroPython.
Low-power operation with minimal heat
The RP2040 draws very little current and includes sleep and dormant modes for battery-powered designs. No active cooling is required during normal use, so the boards run silently. Power is supplied over the USB 1.1 port, which also handles drag-and-drop programming via mass storage.
Castellated edges and rich I/O for integration
Each module has castellated pads for direct soldering to carrier boards. You get 26 multi-function GPIO pins, two SPI, two I2C, two UART, three 12-bit ADC channels and 16 PWM channels. Eight Programmable I/O state machines allow custom peripheral support, while an on-chip temperature sensor and accelerated floating-point libraries expand application possibilities.
